What's the requirement to apply 2 years multiple entry visa to china?

I would like to know the latest requirement to apply the multiple entry which valid for 2 years. How much is the fee and how long it takes to process?

May I know your purpose of visit first. For multiple entries, you must show your previous Chinese visas issued in last two years and provide documents with the need of multiple entries such as invitation letter, tickets and hotel bookings. The regular processing is still 4 working days, express/rush service is available if you need.
