Travel time from Longyang to the Putuo area, Shanghai

How long (time) does it take to commute from Longyang station to Putuo on a Saturday morning? By train versus by Car?

Putuo area covers a large area, so would you tell me your specific location? Anyway, here is just the general duration,
by MTR, it takes 35-45min and by car, 25-30min can be enough.
