How do I find my package RB194503758CN

I order a item 8/16/2013 and have not yet received it I was told I should get it 7-8 days ,well that didn't happen ,when I go to china post tracking it say NULL what do that mean ,will you help me find it and now the sales person will not reply to any of my emails,what could I do.
