About:Chinese Embassy in D.R. Congo

Does he require visa because he is holding official passport?

MO-10843, Major Muhammad Anjum Tauqeer Malik, MILOB is in possession of Pakistani Official Passport is serving in DRC and wants to visit HONG KONG from 3 - 10 Oct 2013.

With official passport he can visit the HKSAR visa-free for a stay not exceeding 14 days.
