About:China Tourist Visa

I am an American living in Europe. How can I apply for a tourist visa since I have my passport?

I am living in Vienna, Austria specifically and have an invitation letter for China but wondering where I can go to apply

You can apply in Vienna if you have document showing your legal stay there such as residenc permit or valid work visa.
