My fiancee is planning a vaction in England, she has never flown internationally, her intention is to fly from Manlia, to Kuala Lumper

On arrival at Kuala Lumpur airport, can you please advise if you offer a "Guarantee Assistance Service" so she is to met at the PLANE, and then she is escort from the plane to the departure gate for the flight to London Heathrow.
