new application form, days needed for visa issuing

Hello, in the new application form there is point number 1.19 saying that there is an option for express service (2-3 business days) and rush service (1 business day). Is this service available in the Embassy in Bulgaria or not?We are going to fly from Sofia to Hong kong (staying one night), then going to Kunming for 3 nights, then back to Hong Kong. So, my question is: which airplane tickets reservation we must submit to the Embassy when applying for it - the ones from Hong Kong to Kunming or the ones from Sofia to Hong Kong?

Yes, express and rush service is available, but it should be approved by the consular officer when you lodge in your application. Ticket booking record from Sofia to HK is required for application.
