About:China Tourist Visa

American living abroad

Hello, I live in Korea currently and need to get a Chinese L for travel. Korea stipulates that I need so much time left on my Korean visa ( which I do not have, I will be leaving soon). Can I apply through the US consulate?

Yes, this is an option if you do not have a ARC valid for more than 6 months there. Or maybe you can try to apply through a travel agency in HK if possible.
