shopping in guangzhou

Generally the 4th Feb to 10th February will be traditonal Chinese New year(Spring Festival) the legal holidays will start from Feb 2th to Feb 8th, most of the shops will open until 4th Feb, and quite few supermarkets like Wal-mart will still open during the whole holidays. so don't worry about the shopping.

but one thing you'd better prepare, the hotel and tickect. since there will be huge numbers of visitors from both China and other countries. so just book it as early as possbile.
