taxi from tongren airport to fenghuang town

Question

Hi I wanted to find out if it is easy to get a taxi around 2130 hour at TR airport to go to fenghuang town? Is there a way to book a taxi in advance? and how much (estimate) would the taxi fare be? Thank you very much.

It is hard to taxi a taxi to reach Fenghuang at that time from the airport.In TR, no taxi will run from the city to Fenghuang, unless you hire a car with other people. If you intend to hire a car, the fare is around 100 to 150RMB. In my opinion, you can stay one night in TR and then take the earliest bus from TR to Fenghuang at local Chengbei Bus Station near the local railway station.
