can you tell us is there any show on Shenzhen Splendid china and chine folk culture, if yes how many show there is? and what time does it start?

Yes, there are. Besides the recent Water Sprinking Carnival till Sep. 15. I know there are shows as follows:
Horse Battlefield Show at 14:00 and 16:00
Oriental National Costumes Dance at 17:00
China Dragon and Phoenix Dance at 19:30
