About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

I want to recover the form Application

i hve fill it out the form and i can't open the form application, l would like to get another form application. is it possible?!!

Hi, you should install Adobe Acrobat Reader first to open the PDF form. Or you can have a try to contact the CVASC or embassy to get the form if hand-written form is acceptable. .
