Where can I recover a lost Bank of China ATM card?

If I lose my Bank of China ATM card, can I recover it as the Kunming Branch, Huguo Road? Or at the Yunnan Branch, Beijing Road?

Hi, dear! If the card was issued in KM, you can recover it at any branch within the city. In this way, either of them will be okay. ;)
