Hello, I am planning to go to TL town after Suzhou.  If yes, what are the schedule and how much is the ticket price?

Yes, there are. You can take the direct bus at TL Bus Station. Buses back to Shanghai General Bus Station are scheduled from 06:30 -16:00 every 35-40min and the bus fare is CNY34 per person. Buses back to Shanghai Qingpu Bus Station leave TL from 08:25 to 16:15.
