My friends and I plan to visit Taiwan from 10th - 18th March next year (2014).

Do I get to see cherry blossoms in full bloom from 10th - 18th March 2014 ( next year)? A friend told me that early March is better . Your advice, please. What are the places where I can see them in full bloom?

I don't agree with your friend. Actually, it is ok to see the blossoms during mid March and mid April. Ali Mountain is the ideal place to appreciate the flowers then.
