Advance purchase is allowed? Which is the MTR station is nearer to HK China Ferry Terminal if travelling to Macau? Which are the ferry company is most reliable for HK-Macau?

I am not sure whether you can get the ticket at HKIA, but the ferries between HK and Macau are frequent (I remember they are in operation for 24h), so there is no need to book in advance. And Tsim Sha Tsui should be the nearest MTR station from China Ferry Terminal. Generally, I use Turbojet.
