About:China Transit Visa

Hello, can I get a transit or 72-hour visa at CAN, stay 24h in Guangzhou and exit by train to Hong Kong? Thanks.

Hi, 72 hour free transit permit is issued for air passengers only who transit directly via Guangzhou Airport. If you fly to Guangzhou but leave by train to HK, you need to apply for a Chinese transit G type in advance.
