About:Beijing Transportation Smart Card

How do I know how much credit is left on the Beijing Smart Transportation card?

You can call their service number to check it and the phone number is 010-88087733.
Or you can go to the service center in the subway stations and ask the staff to check it for you.

Thanks Amy. I was just in BJ and noticed that in addition to what you suggest, they also have machines in the subway where you can scan your card and it will tell you how much credit is left on the card.
