Can an Indian National get a 30 day visa for Hong Kong?

What is the procedure for extension if required?

If you need to stay for 30 days, you can submit your application to Chinese embassy or consulate which holds consular jurisdiction of the place you reside in advance. The application will be processed based on approval of HK immigration, so it may take about one month. It is not an extension actually.
