How to go to Zhuhai Gongbei staion form Guangzhou East station by train?

I want to take a train from Guangzhou East railway station to ZH Gongbei railway station please guide me how to go? I do not wish to take a train from Guangzhou South because my hotel is near Guangzhou East and I do not want to waste my time travel from Guangzhou East to Guangzhou South which take about 40mins. what is the faster way to go to ZH from Guangzhou by train?
