About:Visa Policy of China

do Philippine national required to get a tourist visa?

I will stay in China for 10 days coming from UAE with valid passport and residence permit of UAE.

Yes, you need to apply one. Since you have UAE residence permit, you can apply from the Chinese embassy in UAE.
