Appreciate advice on how to get to OCT East from Hong Kong please, thanks

I heard there is a direct bus from Kowloon Tong to reach the OCT East directly, but I am not very clear about the timetable and the price. I think you can consult by calling the operation company and the number is 0755-83893166.
