hi there. will be staying 2 nights in BJ (near the airport) for the 1st time. need advise to where to visit and how to get there. ty

I am afraid that there are few interesting places to visit near the airport. It is suggested to have a visit in the city center area. You can use the airport express to reach Dongzhimen Station, where you can change to take the local subway to reach many of the attractions in the center area. In the city downtown area, the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heavens, the Hutong area, the Summer Palace and the Bird Nest are suggested. Almost all the places can be reached by subway.
