Collect tickets

I'm a foreign visitor. If I would like to buy the ticket, how can I collect it since this doesn't provide e-ticket service? Can I pay or make reservation then collect it at the ticket counter when I arrive there?

You could collect tickets at ticket offices or the railway station. If your agancy offers delivery service, you could let them arrange delivery to your address.
