About:China Visa Exemption

Do we need both visa in entering PRC?

Hi.. my husband is dutch and im holding philippines passport but i have a valid resident visa in Netherlands. We would like to visit(tourist) china (Beijing) from Manila-Beijing V.V. for 4 days only.

Yes, both of you have to apply for the L type ones before you come to PRC. If you have residence permit in Netherlands, you can apply together with him from the Chinese embassy in the Netherlands.
