About:FAQ of Chinese Visa Application

Application for wife but I cannot locate out marriage certificate

I am in the process of getting my Z- My wife is on a tourist L, she was only issued a 14 day as she has had too many visas, My work said i can get her on mine, however i cannot locate out marriage certificate. How can we prove we are together?
we have been together 10 years- Both from the UK

I am afraid not if you can not provide marriage certificate as prood of kinship.
