Train from Chengdu to Chongqing / Chongqing to Shanghai

Is there a high speed train from Chengdu to Chongqing / Chongqing to Shanghai ? If so how long it takes for the journey?

There are bullet trains from Chengdu to Chongqing, and it takes about 2 hours for the journey. There is no bullet but normal trains between Chongqing to Shanghai, and it takes about 28 hours.
