About:China Train

How easy to travel by G train from Shanghai Hongqiao to BeijingSouth?

Are there portes to help with luggage? Are there trolleys for luggage? Is there a priority queue for first class passengers?
How secure is the luggage and is there room for three cases?
Can I book from UK before I go and how do I get the tickets?

Better buy direct from station just after arrival in hotel. I was advised by my relatives in china

There are multiple trains on that route so getting a ticket should not be an issue. If you have a smartphone i suggest downloading the "china trains" app it will show ticket availability

There are porters to transport your luggage, but no self serve trolleys. You can book ticket thru this site.
