I am afraid that the maps are not provided at the entrance of the park. Whether to print the map or not depends on your needs. I did not print it out when I was there and the direction boards in the park are very clear. If you need one, you can print it out. There are four gates of that park and it is suggested to enter from the east entrance, because this gate is close to the Tiantan Dongmen Station of local subway line 5.
