We heard about a town at the border of vietnam, we wish to visit if its easy to travel by public transportation. Any suggest how to travel there using public transportation and hotel stay. Any suggestion of budget hotel in NN city which is short walking distance for easy access using public transportation bus or rails from airport and visiting tourist places.
