About:Chinese Embassy in Canada

I am submitting applications for VISA for PRC.

I am coming to Vancouver from Vancouer Island on Wednesday. These will be for my husband and I. Does he have to appear in person or May I just present
his documents. He does not walk that well. I believe they will be returned by registered mail.

Hi, you can submit applications to CVASC (Add: 250-999 West Broadway, Vancouver,BC, V5Z 1K5) for your husband on his behalf if he can not visit the office in person. But as I know, online appointment is required. The center provides service for application by post. So you are suggested to read CVASC's website first for more details.
