Regarding Tourist Visa from India To Dalian

I am due to travel on a business type for 12 weeks from India to Dalian. My company will get it processed.I wish to take along my mother in law on my own expenses for 12 weeks. Will i need to apply a L type for her? What is the probability of getting it approved for her for 12 weeks?
Is it better to apply through some agency? Is it better to get the two applications submitted together or fine even if they are submitted separately?

The duration for L is usually 30 days. So I think you may apply for a six months multiple one for her. It's difficult for a person who has no entry records to get it. So I think you may consult with some agents.
