can my wife stay in hk for 42 days on visit visa

During our stay, we also want to go to maccau twice/thrice , so that my wife can stay for 42 days on L type from INDIA.

According toHK Immigration Department, your wife has to apply for it before she goes to HK since she stays longer than 14 days. She can directly apply from the CVASC in India.
