exact location of information office (or inquiry desk) at international arrival in

our travel agent Jacco Tour will pick us up at Information office (or inquiry desk) at International arrival in BJ airport T3 and we want to know what floor and which area,  And any public telephone nearby we can use? And how much for local call at BJ?  Do we have to have change for public tel?

It shoul be the picking up area at the 2nd floor, C area of T3; however, there are picking up area A, B and C. You'd better make it clear. Yeah, I remember there are public telephone nearby and for the first three minutes, you can call for free. The local call fare I remember is CNY0.2-0.3/min. If you have any problem, just go to the enquiry desk and they will help you exactly.
