About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

New chinese visa "L"

Hello! I'm in China, and my first "L" extention finish on the 14th of september. Do you think it's easy to apply for a new "L" in Hong Kong with this last one inside my passport? I'm swiss citizen..

Hi, don't worry, it is possible for you to get a new L in HK. But there may be some changes due to new regulation, you are suggested to contact a travel agency in HK for the latest requirements.

I'd contact already one agency and they don't confirm it's possible for sure, maybe only 7 or 14 days. because it's possible they told me: I've was to much time already in China! Do you think if I've a prove of a exit flight ticket fro China it be fine?

It is hard to say, I am thinking they may only issue visas to HK residents after sept.1.
