Canadian applying for Chinese Visa in Hong Kong

can a Canadian (non-HK ID person) obtain one in Hong Kong. Friends only have a single entry and once used up they will be in HK and want to apply for another one instead of flying back to Canada to get it.

Thanks

It is possible for them to get one in HK, but only single or doble entry is available there if they are non-HK ID holders. They should also contact a travel agency for the latest information.
