About:Hong Kong Airport Express

Hong Kong Airport Express Travel Pass - 2 Airport Express Ride with 3-days unlimited MTR journey

I'm planning to buy this ticket online. However, I'm not sure if I will be able to collect this ticket at the airport. In the instructions, it says, "... collect the ticket at designated collection centre: Airport Express Customer Service Centre of Tsing Yi, Kowloon or HK Station."

Does this mean that I can only collect my ticket from the customer service centres at Tsing Yi, Kownloon or HK stations, and not at the airport? I think it should be logical to be able to collect it at the airport itself so I can start using it to travel to my destination (HK Station).

Can anyone please clarify this for me? Thank you very much.

Actually, you don't need the travel pass when boarding the train. Just show them your proof of Travel Pass reservation (E infor). Upon your arrival at HK Station, you can change your card to get out of the station.

Thank you so much, Lisa! Another question is, we are arriving at 11:30 PM, almost midnight. Would it still be possible to purchase the Travel Pass at the airport? Are they open 24 hours?
