howwhere i can get the pearl card (ming zhu ka) in dalian?

I think the Pearl Card is good for a tourist that I don't have to worry about the coin or bank note that I'm not familiar to. But I tried to find some information about the card, but I cannot find it. I just want to know if I want a Pearl card, what should I do? and can it be refund when I go back home?

You can get it at DL Bank and the China Post Savings Office. Besides, I know there are other service offices at Shahekou Station, Qingni Station, Paoyazi Station, Jinxiu Station, ans Siergou Station. There is CNY30 refundable fare in the card. When returning it, you can get your refund.
