I use X visa in china, can my wife apply for a fimily type to visit me here?

Hi, according to the new regulation released in July 2013, your wife is able to get a private visit S type to stay with you here. If she wants to stay longer than 6 months, S1 should be a good choice. Invitation letter and marriage certificate are required for application.1

Thanks Joe, your reply is gonna help us a lot. but we still need some more insight. do i to apply for anything here first, or just get an introduction letter from my school with my own residence decuments then my wife does the rest in Ghana?0

Yes, you wife needs to apply for it in Ghana with documents sent by you from the school.0
