About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

I have a criminal conviction for drugs & went to jail... Will I get a tourist visa?

7 years ago I was charged & convicted of selling drugs & served 8 months jail... I have no other convictions. Will I get a tourist L into China for a 2 week holiday?!

Hi, generally, it is ok for you to get a tourist L for a short stay, but you are not suggested to fill YES to the question of criminal record in the application form. Otherwise, you may be refused visa for that.
