Is it advisable to make a 8 day trip as per itinerary 3 this year between last wk Oct - 1st wk Nov?

October is the best time to visit Jiuzhaigou, but the road to Huanglong might be closed due to the heavy snow during the end of October and November. If possible, I suggest you advance your travel date for couple of weeks to enjoy better scenery.0
