Why "accept other type of train/class"?

I am booking tickets and one of the reason I picked your site is that it seems to be able to guarantee me getting tickets and have it delivered. Why is there a question in the check out that asks me whether i'd accept other train or class? Are you hinting that it is possible for you to not have the tickets I want or you can't deliver it? I am booking like more than a month in advance....
