About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Transfer to International flight in Guangzhou Baiyun airport

I'm flying in from Sydney on Southern China Airlines and then go onto a connecting fight 5 hours later to Paris. Do i need to go thru security and collect my bags to and then go to check in to go onto paris flight?

If you have connecting tickets or use the flights of one airline company, it is no use to go through the security in general.
But in order to make sure, it is suggested to contact the airline company to make sure.
