About:Chinese Embassy in Ghana

Is it possible to get at least 1yr work visa and please direct me.

I just complete SHS and want to apply for a Z type one right way

Z type is valid for just one month. When you come to PRC, you have to apply for the residence permit within one month from the local PSB. The local PSB decides how long the residence permit is given to you.

As a senoir seconday school leaver looking for job here will be hard.because not until you are 26year old you cant get a working Z. And if you so qualify for working it is likely you have to come first,and the company will help you apply for a working permit after you have had an online examination. After you pass that exams and you get the working permit,you have to go back to your country for the z and then come back and apply for a foreign expert certificate and then you can get a resident permit.
