Laura, if the baby does not have a passport, you can add its name on the parent's passport as an accompanying person so that there is no need to prepare seperate application documents for the baby. If the baby has an independent passport, the required documents are the same as parent's. In case that the baby travels with only one parent, a copy of passport and a letter of consent from the other parent are required.
