About:Chinese Embassy in Tajikistan
Hi, is it possible for a citizen from the United Kingdom to obtain a Chinese visa in Dushanbe?

I suggest you apply from the embassy in your country if possible. Due to the new regulations, many embassies don't accept the applications from the foreigners in the third countries. In some situations, they are required to provide the work permit or residence permit if they really want to apply in the third country.0
