About:Hangzhou Transportation Smart Card

On what days can you buy a Z card in Hangzhou?

I have read elsewhere that the Smart Card place only issues cards on the last 5 days of the month. Is this true?

No, I did not hear such kind of news and I heard you can get one on any day.
