business visa application for indian citizen working in austria

Hello,  I am an indian citizen working in Austria with present work permit valid till July 2015, but is extendable. I need to travel to China in October 2013 for a business trip for a week. Can I apply in Chinese Embassy in Vienna and how long does it take for the processing of application. Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can apply from the Chinese embassy in Austria with your work permit. The processing time is at least 5 working days. The rush and express services are not available.
