About:Chinese Embassy in Nigeria

Am from Delta state but I obtained my passport from Kwara, can i visit Lagos for visa application

If you lives in Delta, I think you can apply from the Lagos consulate. The applicants have to apply from the consulate in their consular area. The Lagos consulate administrates Delta state.
