I'll be studying at Fudan University and will be making various trips to/from both Pudong and Hongqiao airports.

To Hongqiao, I will most likely take a subway all the way (easy and cheap). However, for Pudong, what is the fastest and most cost-effective option? Can one use the Public Transport Card on shuttle buses? Most of my trips will be in the early hours of the morning and late at night (early flights out of Shanghai and flights back landing around 10pm)
